Katherine Herrell is an illustrator and designer living in Atlanta, GA with her husband and two young daughters. Her signature approach combines traditional mediums such as gouache, watercolor, and colored pencils, finessed with a hint of technology.

Katherine honed her skills by working for over a decade as in-house artist and product designer with several well-known manufacturers. She now works happily as a freelance artist in her home studio. Her playful designs often feature vibrant colors, flowers, enchanting animals, and uplifting phrases. She’s inspired by the wonders of nature, retro florals, and folk-style art.

In her spare time, Katherine can be found reading on her back porch, admiring a sunset, or coloring at her kitchen table with her children.
