Mark Hordyszynski is Michael Miller's first licensed designer, starting with the company when it was formed in 1999. Over the years he has been an innovator in textile design creating Fairy Frost as well as many iconic designs such as Kata Maki aka Sushi Cats, Disco Dots and Mirror Ball Dot. A graduate of Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York City, his innate color sense, use of patterns and textures along with outstanding contributions to innovative design and styling showcases his being recognized as an award winning menswear and textile designer, photographer and chef (having studied at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY.)

A native New Yorker, he spent most of his time in the New York metropolitan area, but loving to travel, he relocated four years ago to Maui, Hawaii where he continues to expand his skills and create what he hopes will be time honored designs.
